This Privacy Policy explains how Her Rise ("Her Rise", "we", "us"), founded by Kumud Tanwar, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use her-rise.in, awaken.her-rise.in, app.her-rise.in and our related quizzes, calculators and tools (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you book a call, buy a programme or guide, or contact us.
Quiz and tool inputs: answers you enter in our quizzes (such as Know Your Self, Know Your Health and the Relationship Reality Check) and details you enter in the FitFlow calculators, diet planner and dashboard, which can include age, height, weight, activity, food preferences and health goals. If you ask for your results by email, we collect your email address to send them.
Account information: if you sign in to FitFlow, we store your sign-in details and the saved data linked to your account.
Payment information: payments are handled by our checkout and third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
Technical information: basic data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard web technologies. Your browser may also store small amounts of data (for example quiz progress or preferences) on your device.

How we use your information

To provide the Services: book sessions, deliver programmes and guides, show quiz and calculator results, and run your FitFlow account.
To email you the results or materials you asked for, and to reply to your messages.
To send you updates, offers or helpful content, where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the Services secure, fix problems and improve our content and tools.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

Health and wellbeing information

Some information you enter, such as weight, diet or emotional wellbeing answers, is sensitive. We use it only to give you your results and the service you asked for. We do not sell it. Our quizzes and calculators are informational and are not medical or psychological advice (see our Terms). Please enter only what you are comfortable sharing.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed for them to do so. These include:

Google Firebase (sign-in and data storage for FitFlow);
EmailJS and similar email delivery tools (to send quiz and planner results);
Our booking and checkout platform at awaken.her-rise.in, and the payment providers used there;
Hosting and website infrastructure providers; and
Advertising and analytics providers: we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure visits, understand how our ads perform and show relevant ads to people who visited our site. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Services use cookies and browser storage that are needed for the site to work, and may use others for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then not work properly.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct or update it;
delete it and close your FitFlow account;
stop sending you marketing messages (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any email); and
withdraw consent you have given us.

Children

The Services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Our parenting guides are written for parents and carers, not for children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Services may link to other websites and tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
