Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of her-rise.in, awaken.her-rise.in, app.her-rise.in and our related quizzes, calculators, tools, programmes and digital products (together, the "Services"), provided by Her Rise, founded by Kumud Tanwar ("Her Rise", "we", "us"). By using the Services or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our services

Her Rise offers health and life coaching, wellness programmes, digital guides, and free tools such as quizzes, calculators and the FitFlow planner and dashboard. Details, prices and what is included are shown on the relevant page or at checkout.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care

Coaching, our articles, quizzes and calculators are for education, reflection and general wellness. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or dietary advice, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition. They do not replace care from a doctor, licensed mental health professional or other qualified provider.

• Please talk to your doctor before making major changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a medical condition.
• If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services (in India, call 112) or a local helpline straight away. Her Rise is not an emergency service.
• We do not guarantee any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to use the Services. If you create a FitFlow account, keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Booking, payment and sessions

Prices are shown at checkout and are charged at the time of purchase through our checkout and payment providers. Terms for rescheduling, cancelling or refunding coaching sessions and programmes are shown at checkout or agreed when you book. If you have a question or a problem, email connect@her-rise.in.

Digital guides and access

Digital guides (such as the "Raise the Right Child" guides) are provided as view-only PDF files. Access lasts for 90 days from the date of purchase unless the product page says otherwise. You may not copy, download, share, resell or distribute the guides or let others use your access.

Access issues and refunds: If you cannot access a purchased guide, email connect@her-rise.in. We will work to restore access or address a refund if we cannot provide the purchased content, in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, guides, articles, images, logos, quizzes and software, belongs to Her Rise or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services. This includes trying to break or overload them, accessing other people's accounts or data, scraping content, uploading anything unlawful or harmful, or using the Services to harass others.

Testimonials and examples

Client stories and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results. Some names and details in articles may be changed or combined to protect privacy.

Third-party services and links

The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms (for example our checkout, payment providers and Google Firebase). We are not responsible for their content or availability, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Availability

We try to keep the Services running smoothly but do not promise they will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop any part of them at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Rise and Kumud Tanwar are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, or for decisions you make based on our content. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
